• This is a virtual consultation done via google meet or zoom the link will be sent to your email prior to the meeting.

•As this is a consultation to help you choose the right unit suited for your lifestyle, event or special occasion, we advise that you be in a quiet, well lit space for the meeting.

what to expect :

•During the consultation we will listen to your preferences and work together with you to tailor your hair to suit your style and personality or special occasion you have coming up.

• we will explore different textures, styles and length till we have come up with a style that is perfectly suited for you as an individual.

important to note:

• The consultation lasts 30mins, it’s an individual consultation so no third parties allowed.

• The amount paid towards the consultation goes towards your wig purchase given you make a purchase within 48hours of having the consultation.

• You’ve got 24hours till consultation time to re schedule the appointment, after which a fee of 20 will apply to reschedule.

• if no show, you forfeit your consultation fee

• if more than 10mins late, you will have to reschedule and the 20 rescheduling fee will apply.
